我院中心摆药室常见调剂差错及解决措施探讨

摘　　要：总结摆药室常见的调剂差错,将其归纳并分类,分析出错的原因并制定相应的解决措施。中心摆药室中常见的调剂差错是数量差错,其出错的原因与药师自身的责任心以及工作量和药品本身息息相关。但在针对性措施,如合理进行工作分配、制定相应的奖励制度以及加强摆药室护士的培训等实施下,使得调剂差错得到了有效的改善。摆药室出现相应的常见调剂差错是不能够避免的,但在有效的针对性措施下可以最大限度地降低出错率,使用药安全性得到保证。Summarize the common dispensing errors in the dispensing room,summarize and classify them,analyze the causes of errors and formulate corresponding solutions.The common dispensing error in the central dispensing room is quantity error,the reason for the error is closely related to your own sense of responsibility,workload and medicine itself.However,under the implementation of targeted measures,such as reasonable work distribution,formulating corresponding reward system and strengthening the training of nurses in the dispensing room,the dispensing errors have been effectively improved.Corresponding common dispensing errors in the dispensing room cannot be avoided,however,with effective targeted measures,the error rate can be reduced to the greatest extent and the safety of drugs can be guaranteed.
