摘　　要：目的:探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对面部微整形手术患者的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:2020年1-12月收治接受面部微整形手术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用丙泊酚进行麻醉,试验组选择甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑进行麻醉。比较两组患者各时间点疼痛评分及各项生理指标水平。结果:试验组患者进入手术室、体位摆放后、手术后的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者麻醉后的心率及血压水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行面部微整形手术麻醉时,选择甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑作为麻醉方案,有助于保障麻醉效果,同时使患者的麻醉安全性得到提升,降低麻醉药物对患者机体功能产生的影响。Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect and safety of remazolam toluenesulfonate on patients undergoing facial microplastic surgery.Methods:From January to December 2020,60 patients undergoing facial microplastic surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol.The experimental group was anesthetized with remazolam toluenesulfonate.The pain scores and the levels of various physiological indicators were compared between the two groups of patients at each time point.Results:The pain scores of the experimental group patients after entering the operating room,posture placement,and after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure levels of the experimental group patients after anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When performing anesthesia for facial microplastic surgery,choosing remazolam toluenesulfonate as an anesthesia plan can help ensure the anesthesia effect,improve the patient's anesthesia safety,and reduce the effects of anesthetics on the patient's body function.
