摘  要:目的:探讨5G网络信息管理系统联合利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴肥胖症患者的干预作用。方法:2018年4月-2020年8月收治T2DM合并肥胖症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。两组患者在入院后均采用利拉鲁肽进行皮下注射;对照组采用常规健康宣教;观察组利用5G网络信息管理系统进行健康管理,采用“医-护-患”三人行一体化模式进行干预。比较两组患者糖代谢指标及脂代谢指标水平。结果:观察组干预后空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹C肽及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5G网络信息管理系统联合利拉鲁肽干预2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴肥胖症患者,可有效改善糖代谢及脂代谢指标水平。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of 5G network information management system combined with liraglutide on type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients with obesity.Methods:From April 2018 to August 2020,100 patients with T2DM and obesity were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were injected subcutaneously with liraglutide after admission.The control group used routine health education.The observation group used the 5G network information management system for health management,and the"medical-care-patient"three-person integrated model was used for intervention.The levels of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 5G network information management system combined with liraglutide can effectively improve the level of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with obesity.
