参松养心胶囊联合心理干预治疗功能性室性早搏伴焦虑的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究参松养心胶囊联合心理干预治疗功能性室性早搏合并焦虑患者的疗效。方法:2018年1月-2020年12月收治功能性室性早搏伴焦虑患者80例,随机分为两组。研究组服用参松养心胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,并予以心理干预;对照组口服美西律150 mg/次,3次/d;两组治疗周期均为1个月。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组室性早搏控制效果相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组临床症状改善率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后焦虑情绪评分(HAMA)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合心理干预可有效改善临床症状,疗效与西药相当,并可有效改善患者焦虑情绪,且不良反应低。Objective:To study the efficacy of Shensong Yangxin combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with functional premature ventricular contractions and anxiety.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,80 patients with premature ventricular contractions and anxiety were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group took 4 capsules of Shensong Yangxin capsule each time,3 times/d,and was given psychological intervention.The control group received oral mexiletine 150 mg/time,3 times/d.The treatment cycle of both groups was 1 month.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The two groups had the same control effect of premature ventricular contractions,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score(HAMA)of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect is equivalent to that of western medicine,and it can effectively improve the anxiety of patients with low adverse reactions.
