摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)联合妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)诊断异位妊娠的价值。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治异位妊娠患者100例,作为观察组;另选择同期宫内妊娠并要求终止妊娠者100例,作为对照组。比较两组PAPP-A、VEGF、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)检测结果。结果:观察组PAPP-A水平低于对照组,VEGF、CA125水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PAPP-A、VEGF、CA125联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均显著高于单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在异位妊娠诊断中联合PAPP-A、VEGF、CA125具有较高的灵敏度、特异度,若PAPP-A水平低,VEGF、CA125水平高,提示异位妊娠风险高。Objective:To explore the value of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)combined with pregnancy associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,100 patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated as the observation group.Another 100 cases of intrauterine pregnancy requiring termination were selected as the control group.The results of PAPP-A,VEGF and CA125 were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of PAPP-A in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the levels of VEGF and CA125 in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis of PAPP-A,VEGF and CA125 were significantly higher than the single diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PAPP-A,VEGF and CA125 has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and if the level of PAPP-A is low,the level of VEGF and CA125 is high,which indicates high risk of ectopic pregnancy.
