摘　　要：目的:研究肠瘘患者分段式肠内营养联合消化液回输的临床护理路径选择。方法:2019年2月-2020年3月收治肠瘘患者74例,根据护理干预差异分为两组,各37例。对照组采用传统肠内营养支持;研究组采用分段式肠内营养联合消化液回输。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组营养优异率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后体质指数、总蛋白及白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肠瘘患者分段式肠内营养联合消化液回输进行干预,能够有效改善患者营养水平,提高治疗安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing path selection of segmented enteral nutrition combined with digestive juice reinfusion in patients with intestinal fistula.Methods:From February 2019 to March 2020,74 patients with intestinal fistula were selected.According to the difference of nursing intervention,they were divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was supported by traditional enteral nutrition.The study group used segmented enteral nutrition combined with digestive juice reinfusion.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The excellent nutritional rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after nursing,the body mass index,total protein and albumin levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Segmental enteral nutrition combined with digestive juice reinfusion in patients with intestinal fistula can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients and improve the safety of treatment.
