摘　　要：本文介绍的CMOS轨到轨运算放大器是轴角转换器芯片中固态控制变压器的核心运算模块,为了实现轴角转换器16位的转换精度,运算放大器必须具备120dB以上的开环增益,同时信号处理范围尽可能达到电源轨。本文首先介绍运算放大器输入输出轨到轨和高增益的实现方式,然后对该轨到轨运算放大器进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明指标达到要求。The CMOS rail-to-rail operational amplifier is the core operation module for control transformer of S/RDC(Synchro/Resolver to Digital Converter).To achieve 16 bit conversion accuracy of S/RDC,the open loop gain of the operational amplifier must be over 120d B,and the signal processing swings must be from positive to negative supply rail.In this paper,we firstly introduce the realization of input output rail-to-rail and high open loop gain,and then simulate the rail-to-rail operational amplifier.The simulation results show that we achieve the target of the design specifications.
