摘　　要：本文设计了一种三路输出抗辐射电源,考虑到传统多绕组输出电压精度低的问题,采用了三个独立的DC/DC变换电路组合的方式实现。内置了一个浪涌抑制+EM1滤波电路来提高电源的抗浪涌能力和抗干扰能力,在输出端设计了一个时序控制电路来控制输出电压的时序,内部采用了辐照加固器件及磁隔离反馈结构来保证其在空间应用中的辐照能力最后采用了全厚膜混合集成工艺完成该目标的研制,对其进行了结构设计、电磁兼容设计及热设计,并对该三路电源进行了全指标测试,测试结果验证了该方案设计的合理性。This article introduces a triple output radiation hardening power supply.A combination of three independent DC/DC conversion circuits is adopted to realize it.A surge suppression and EMI filter circuit is built in to improve the anti-surge ability and anti-interference ability of the power supply.A timing control circuit is designed at the output side to control the timing of the output voltage.The radiation hardening device and magnetic isolation feedback structure are used to ensure its radiation ability in space applications.Finally,the full-thickness film hybrid integration process is adopted to complete the development of the target.The structural design,electromagnetic compatibility design and t hernial design are carried out,and the full-index test of the triple-output power sources is carried out.The test results verify the rationality of the scheme design.
