摘 要:为了解决传统分立式EMI滤波器和DC/DC变换器集成度低,安装体积大、外围互联等问题,提出了一种内置EMI滤波器的一体化开关电源。该一体化电源包括DC/DC变换器和EMI滤波器两个部分。其中,DC/DC变换器在单端反激拓扑结构的基础上采用了磁隔离双向传输控制策略,实现了恒压-恒流的工作模式。EMI滤波器设计时对开关电源主要干扰源和干扰耦合路径进行分析,建立了DC/DC变换器传导电磁干扰模型,通过对开关电源传导电磁干扰的准确预测,有效避免了传统EMI滤波器重复设计过程和过设计问题,实现了EMI滤波器的最优设计。最后,仿真分析和实验结果显示该一体化电源性能稳定,电磁兼容能够满足GJB151B-2013中CE102要求,体积缩小了16.7%,功率密度提高了8.09%,减少了整机中元器件的数量,提高了可靠性;减少了外围互联电路,提高了整机的空间利用率。An integrated switching power supply with built-in EMI filter is proposed to solve the problems of low integration,large mounting volume and peripheral interconnection by used conventional discrete EMI filter and DC/DC converter.The integrated power supply consists of DC/DC converter and EMI filter.Based on the single-ended flyback topology,DC/DC converter adopts magnetic isolation bidirectional transmission control strategy to realize the constant voltage-constant current operation mode.By analyzing the main interference sources and interference coupling paths of switching power supply in EMI Filter design,the conducted EMI model of DC/DC converter is established,and the conducted EMI of switching power supply is accurately predicted,the problem of repeated design process and over design of EMI Filter is effectively avoided,and the optimal design of EMI Filter is realized.Finally,simulation analysis and test results shows that the integrated power supply has stable performance,electromagnetic compatibility can meet the CE102 requirements of the GJB151B-2013,physical strength is reduced by 16.7%,power density is increased by 8.09%,the number of components in the whole machine is reduced,and the reliability is improved,the utility model reduces the peripheral interconnection circuit and improves the space utilization ratio of the whole machine.
