摘  要:采用PWM控制技术的移相全桥变换器具有开关损耗低、主MOS管电压应力低和产品输出效率高等优点,多应用于大功率场合。实际应用中,存在单只模块无法满足功率等级要求的情况,针对这种情况,本文研究基于移相全桥DC/DC变换器的并联均流技术,可以通过多个模块的并联,使得每台电源的输出功率按照功率份额均摊,达到输出功率扩展的目的。本研究最后搭建样机进行实验,单只模块功率300W,效率90%以上,采用两只模块并联均流可以实现600W的输出功率,同时满足电压调整率、输出效率等指标要求,验证了该技术的可行性。The phase-shifted full-bridge converter with PWM control technology has the advantages of low switching loss,low voltage stress of main MOSFET and high product output efficiency for high power application.In practical application,there is a case that a single module cannot meet the requirement of power level.In order to solve this problem,the parallel balanced current technique based on phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter is studied in this paper.Through the parallel connection of several modules,the output power of each power supply can be equally distributed according to the power share,so as to achieve the purpose of output power expansion.Finally,a prototype is built for experiments.The power of a single module is 300 W,and the efficiency is more than 90%.The output power of 600 W can be achieved by parallel balanced current of two modules,which meets the requirements of voltage adjustment rate and output efficiency,and verifies the feasibility of the technology.
