摘　　要：随着产能提高、产品质量提升及产品研发升级,我厂原四重十一辊式热矫直机矫直能力及可靠性越来越满足不了生产的需要。通过对矫直机本体设备及自动化控制升级改造,提高矫直力及自动化控制水平,达到了预期目的,满足了生产发展的要求。With the increase in production capacity, the improvement of product quality and the upgrading of product research and development.The straightening ability and reliability of plate rolling mill of Sansteel's hot straightening machine are increasingly unable to meet the needs of production.Through the upgrading and transformation of the main equipment of the straightening machine and the automation control, the straightening force and the automation control level are improved to achieve the requirements of production development.
