摘　　要：本文以2009-2018年我国沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,研究对华反倾销对企业创新的影响,并对融资约束的影响机制进行了探讨。实证结果表明:第一,对华反倾销对企业创新存在显著的负面影响,企业创新水平平均降低11.4%。确认反倾销和确认受损反倾销对企业创新的负面影响更加明显;第二,企业融资约束是对华反倾销影响企业创新的重要机制,并且政府补贴能够为企业提供资金来源,有效缓解对华反倾销对企业创新的负面影响;第三,从股权、行业与地区方面进行异质性研究发现,国有企业、技术密集型企业以及中西部地区企业创新受到对华反倾销的负面影响更加明显。以上实证结果经过PSM和两步系统动态GMM方法稳健性检验后,依旧保持不变。最后本文根据实证结论,为我国如何应对对华反倾销给企业创新带来的负面影响提供相应政策建议。The effects of anti-dumping against China on Chinese enterprises’ innovation are studied by taking the A-share manufacturing listed enterprises in the time from 2009 to 2018 as samples. The study also involves mechanism of financial constraint. According to the empirical study,anti-dumping investigation against China cast significant negative influence on Chinese enterprises’ innovation,causing an average of 11.4% drop in innovative abilities. Confirmations of anti-dumping and of suffering loss from dumping cast even greater negative impace.Secondly,financial constraints on enterprises is the important mechanism that anti-dumping affects enterprises’ innovation. Therefore,the government subsidies offer enterprises fund sources,effectively alleviating the negative effects of anti-dumping. The heterogeneous studies in terms of equity,industry and region find that the negative influence on innovation is more significant among state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises,and enterprises in central and western regions of China. These empirical results remain unchanged with the robustness test of PSM and two-step system dynamic GMM method. The paper ends with suggestions to deal with the negative effects of the anti-dumping against China.
