摘　　要：传统家训是古代家庭用以治家和教子的规范,道德教育始终是它的主题和灵魂,其中对"出仕"子孙的官德教育,具有形式多样、内涵丰富、动机明确的特点,它不仅在古代对子孙的为官之道起到了规范、教育、引领的作用,而且对新时代干部工作从思想、行为、家庭环境等方面的教育也具有一定的参考价值,具有较为重要的启示意义。Traditional family instructions were the regulations of ancient families to rule their families and educate their children.Education of moral conduct was always the theme and soul of these instructions,in which,the instructions to officials families were characterized by diversified forms,rich connotations and clear motives. They played an important role in regulating,instructing and guiding the way how the families to behave as government officials in ancient times. These instructions also have some inspirations to the quality education of the modern Chinese government’s officials in terms of their thoughts,behavior,and family environment,etc..
