摘  要:针对郭家河煤矿1308综放工作面在停采期间采空区域内遗煤发生自燃、架间及回风流的CO浓度超出安全范围等问题,采取了局部正压通风、封堵减漏、架间插管注凝胶、高位钻孔灌注高分子材料等综合性预防灭火技术和措施,解决了采空区域内的遗煤自燃难题,使工作面架间CO浓度下降至合理、安全的区间,确保综放工作面支架的安全回撤。In view of the problems of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,the CO concentration exceeding the safe range between the support and the return air during the period of stopping mining in the 1308 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Guo Jiahe Coal Mine,the comprehensive fire prevention techniques and measures such as local positive pressure ventilation,plugging and leakage reduction,gel grouting between supports,high level drilling and pouring polymer materials are adopted.The problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf area is solved,the CO concentration between working faces is reduced to a reasonable and safe range,and the safe withdrawal of supports in fully mechanized top coal caving face is ensured.
