摘　　要：以高铁镁砂及烧结镁铝尖晶石砂MAS-50为原料,通过破碎、筛分、配料、混砂等工艺由液压机在2000 t的压力下压制成砖坯,然后在1430℃的温度下进入隧道窑烧成,得到镁铝铁复合尖晶石砖。实际使用结果表明:完全可以代替镁铬砖应用于水泥回转窑烧成带,实现水泥回转窑烧成带的无铬化。Using high iron magnesia and sintered magnesia-alumina spinel sand MAS-50 as raw materials,the finished brick is pressed by hydraulic press of 2000 t after crushing,screening,batching,mixing and so on,and then fired into tunnel kiln at 1430℃temperature to obtain magnesia-alumina-iron composite spinel brick.This kind of brick has good thermal shock stability,low thermal conductivity and good performance of hanging kiln skin.It can be used instead of magnesia chromia brick in cement rotary kiln to burn zone and realize no chromia in cement rotary kiln.
