摘　　要：通过红外测温仪对回转窑窑壳温度进行在线监测,可实时了解回转窑窑衬耐材的使用状况,如耐材的厚度或窑内有无粉尘结窑皮和结窑圈现象,进而改善窑炉操作,最终使回转窑煅烧石灰生产稳定。On-line monitoring of the kiln shell temperature of rotary kiln by infrared thermometer can make real-time understanding of the service conditions of refractory lining in rotary kiln,such as the thickness of refractory or the phenomenon of dust crust and ring formation in kiln,thus improving the operation of large kiln and finally stabilizing the production of calcined lime in rotary kiln.
