大城市新型有轨电车近期建设线路筛选思路分析

摘　　要：新型有轨电车线网建设是一个复杂的系统工程,在具体的近期建设线路选择上应当是慎重且合理的,这直接关系到未来线路的运营效益和决策是否正确。本文分析了新型有轨电车近期建设线路选择的重要性,在确定筛选原则的基础上,提出了近期建设线路选择的思路框架,从线路功能定位、客流效益、与城市发展的契合度、与枢纽及地铁的接驳关系、工程实施条件的难易度、沿线用地布局以及社会服务效益七个角度进行备选线路的分析,并评估近期建设线路的综合服务水平,最后建议在合理的建设规模范围内进行近期建设方案的构建,以期为国内同类城市的新型有轨电车近期建设线路的决策提供指导。The construction of the new tram line network is a complex system project.The selection of specific short-term construction lines should be prudent and reasonable,which directly affects the operational benefits of future lines and whether the decision-making is correct.This article analyzes the importance of line selection for the recent construction of new trams.Based on the selection principles,it proposes a framework of ideas for line selection in the near future,from line function positioning,passenger flow benefits,compatibility with urban development,and hubs.Analyze alternative routes from seven perspectives:the connection relationship of the subway,the difficulty of the project implementation conditions,the layout of the land along the line,and the benefit of social services,and evaluate the comprehensive service level of the recently constructed lines.Finally,it is recommended that the scope of construction be reasonable The construction of the recent construction plan is carried out in the country,in order to provide guidance for the decision-making of the recent construction of new tram lines in similar cities in China.
