摘  要:采用固相反应法成功制备了掺镁铝酸三钙(Mg-C_(3)A)。利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、高分辨率透射电镜研究不同掺镁量下产物的晶相结构、光谱特征和表面形貌,探讨了 Mg-C_(3)A形成途径,并考察了Mg-C_(3)A对水体氮和磷的共去除性能。结果表明:Mg-C_(3)A主要是由Mg同晶取代了部分C_(3)A中的Ca而形成的同构体及在C_(3)A表面形成的MgO组成,且Mg的掺杂不改变C_(3)A的晶体结构和基本形貌;Mg-C_(3)A对水体氮(NH_(4)+)和磷(PO_(4)3-)的去除量分别为65.2和20.2 mg·g^(-1),去除过程符合准二级动力学模型,主要受化学反应控制;Mg-C_(3)A主要通过溶出的晶格Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+)分别与NH_(4)+和PO_(4)^(3-)形成鸟粪石沉淀及AlPO_(4)而实现氮磷共去除,同时C_(3)A自身溶出的OH-与过量NH_(4)+离子发生中和反应。Magnesium-doped tricalcium aluminate(Mg-C_(3) A) was successfully prepared through solid reaction method.The crystal structure and morphology of Mg-C_(3) A with various Mg contents were analyzed via X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra,scanning electron microscope and high-resolution transmission electron microscope to explore the preparation mechanism.The results showed that Mg-C_(3) A was composed of C_(3) A isomorphism formed by the replacement of Ca with Mg and the surface MgO,in which the Mg doping did not change the cubic symmetric structure and morphology of C_(3) A.The simultaneous removal behavior of nitrogen(NH_(4)+) and phosphoms(PO_(4)3-) by Mg-C_(3) A were investigated by batch experiments(e.g.,Mg-C_(3) A dosage,reaction time and real wastewater treatment),which revealed the maximum capacity was 65.2 and 20.2 mg·g^(-1) at 12 h,respectively,conforming to the pseudo-secondorder kinetic model.Besides,the removal mechanisms were comprehensively explored by microscopic characterizations.The released ions(i.e.,Mg^(2+) and Al^(3+)) of Mg-C_(3) A play a major role in the removal of NH_(4)+ and PO_(4)^(3- )via the formation of struvite and AlPO_(4);the OH-benefits for the removal of excessive NH_(4)+ via neutralization.
