摘　　要：我国农村餐余废弃物数量巨大,加强餐余废弃物的资源化利用是大势所趋。阐述了农村餐余废弃物的危害及其资源化利用的意义,指出了我国农村在餐余废弃物资源化利用上存在的主要问题,简要介绍了现有的餐余废弃物饲料化、蚯蚓处理、厌氧能源化处理、好氧堆肥等处理方法。针对我国农村人口居住较为分散、资金有限等实际情况,提出建造分层发酵池的建议,以期为我国农村餐余废弃物的资源化利用提供参考。Due to the huge amount of rural food waste in China,improvement of the resource utilization on food waste is more and more inevitable.The hazards of rural food waste and the significance of the resource utilization have been expounded and the main problems existing in the resource utilization of rural food waste in China have been pointed out.Existing food waste treatment methods,such as feed conversion,earthworm treatment,anaerobic energy treatment,aerobic composting,etc.,are briefly introduced.In connection with the problems that the rural population in China is relatively scattered and the funds are limited,the proposal of building a layered fermentation tank is proposed.Hoped to provide a reference for the resource utilization of rural food waste in China.
