无烟煤内在质量与煤棒制气关系研究及实践

摘  要:以无烟煤为原料,在制得的煤棒质量相近时,仍出现造气炉制气效果差异较大的情况,虽采取了增加黏结剂用量、添加膨润土等措施,但效果无明显改观。借鉴气流床气化技术,控制原料煤中氧化铁含量、硅铝比等指标,对无烟煤内在质量与煤棒制气的关系进行了研究,结果表明:控制无烟煤中Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数≥26%、CaO质量分数≤3%,且不添加洗精煤,可以明显改善造气炉的制气效果。While anthracite coal is used as raw material,though the quality of the coal rods produced is similar,the gasification efficiency of the gasifier appears to be quite different.Measures such as increasing the amount of binder and adding bentonite are taken,yet the efficiency is not improved significantly.By learning from entrained-flow gasification technology,controlling the iron oxide content and silicon-to-aluminum ratio and other indicators in raw coal,the relationship between the intrinsic quality of anthracite coal and coal rod gasification is studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3) in anthracite is controlled to be≥26%,the mass fraction of CaO is controlled to be≤3%,and no clean coal is added,the gasification efficiency of the gasifier can be improved significantly.
