摘 要:目的探讨外周血信号转导子和转录激活子-1(STAT1)、干扰素调节因子-1(IRF1)水平与儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)急性发作的关系。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年5月于驻马店市中心医院就诊的124例CVA患儿,全部患儿均接受相同的治疗方案,并维持治疗3个月,依据患儿治疗期间有无发生急性发作分为发生组和未发生组。由研究人员统计并比较发生组与未发生组患儿的基线资料,并检测患儿就诊当天外周血STAT1 mRNA相对表达量、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量等实验室指标,重点分析就诊当天外周血STAT1 mRNA相对表达量、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量与CVA患儿急性发作的关系。结果 124例CVA患儿治疗期间26例发生急性发作,发生率为20.97%。发生组的STAT1 mRNA相对表达量、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量高于未发生组(P<0.05),组间其他资料比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,外周血STAT1 mRNA相对表达量、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量与CVA急性发作有关(P<0.05),外周血STAT1、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量是CVA急性发作的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论外周血STAT1 mRNA相对表达量、IRF1 mRNA相对表达量与CVA急性发作有关。Objective To investigate the relationship of the levels of signal transducer and activator of transcription-1(STAT1)and interferon regulatory factor-1(IRF1)in peripheral blood with acute attack of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.Methods A total of 124 children with CVA admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected.All selected children received the same treatment regimen,and maintained the treatment for 3 months.According to development of acute attack during treatment,they were divided into occurrence group and non occurrence group.The baseline data of children in the occurrence group and the non occurrence group were counted and compared by the researchers.And the laboratory indexes such as relative expression of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in peripheral blood of the children on the day of treatment were detected.The relationship of the relative expression of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in peripheral blood with the acute attack of CVA in children on the day of admission was mainly analyzed.Results During the treatment,acute attack occurred in 26 of 124 children with CVA,with an incidence of 20.97%.The relative expression of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non occurrence group(P<0.05);and there was no statistical significant difference in other data between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the relative expressions of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in peripheral blood were related to the acute attack of CVA(P<0.05),the relative expressions of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in peripheral blood were risk factors for the acute attack of CVA(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The relative expression of STAT1 mRNA and IRF1 mRNA in peripheral blood is related to acute attack of CVA.
