摘 要:针对高精密零件的复杂轮廓线评定难度大、效率低的问题,提出一种三维曲线轮廓度全域评定方法。在对曲线轮廓进行提取、维度处理和标定后,依照平面曲线轮廓度定义,建立包络圆方程来评定复杂线轮廓度。以曲线轮廓理论点建立包络检测区域函数,根据包络组圆函数来评定测量点相对于理论轮廓的位置关系,评定线轮廓度误差。实验表明:评定结果直观,可追溯到曲线轮廓具体区域,实现了空间复杂曲线轮廓度全域的评定,准确率高,且具有全局性和单一性。Aiming at the difficulty and low efficiency of complex contour evaluation of high-precision parts,a global evaluation method of three-dimensional curve contour was proposed.After extracting,dimensioning and calibrating the contour of the curve,according to the definition of plane curve contour,an envelope circle equation was established to evaluate the contour of the complex line.The curve contour theoretical points were used to establish the envelope detection area function,the position relationship of the measuring points relative to the theoretical contour was evaluated according to the circle function of the envelope group,and the line contour error was determined.Experiments show that the evaluation result is intuitive and can be traced back to the specific area of the curve contour.This method realizes the evaluation of the whole area of the spatially complex curve contour,which is accurate,and has overall and unitary characteristics.
