摘　　要：在方案设计阶段通过对建筑高度合理设计,建筑平立面造型合理优化,达到建筑成本控制的目的。分析了不同建筑高度对设计、成本的影响,以及建筑水平宽度和纵向宽度变化对建筑的影响,总结出建筑高度与土建成本关系。In the scheme design stage,through reasonable control of the building height,reasonable optimization design of the building plane and facade modeling is made,the construction investment cost is controlled. This paper analyzes the influence of different building heights on design and cost,as well as the influence of building horizontal width and vertical width on building,and summarizes the relationship between building height and civil engineering cost.
