摘 要:在多层砖混结构建筑中,为了提高建筑稳定性、抗震性,须在砖砌体中间加入构造柱。施工时,由于工艺上存在差异,如果处理不当会导致墙体开裂,除了影响保温隔热性能外,还会发生墙体渗漏,影响建筑安全。以某工程为例,从构造柱的基础部分、钢筋框架、混凝土结构等方面,对大体的施工流程以及每个环节的技术要点进行了简要概述,基于以往的施工经验,对构造柱施工中常见的轴线位移、主筋错位、蜂窝和孔洞等质量通病,提出了针对性的防治措施,为多层砖混结构房屋的施工提供了经验性参考。In order to improve stability and earthquake resistance of multi-storey brick concrete structure building,it is necessary to add structural column in the middle of brick masonry. Due to the differences in construction technology,improper treatment will lead to wall cracking,which will not only affect the thermal insulation performance,but also cause wall leakage and affect building safety.Taking a certain project as an example,this paper first gives a brief overview of the general construction process and the technical points of each link from the aspects of the foundation part,reinforced frame and concrete structure of the structural column.Then,based on the previous construction experience,it puts forward the corresponding prevention measures for the common quality problems such as axial displacement,main reinforcement dislocation,honeycomb and holes in the construction of the structural column,It provides experience reference for the overall quality and safety of multi-storey transfer structure buildings.
