摘　　要：参考荷兰某大型剧场建设项目EPC总承包工程案例,对项目设计、采购、施工、总工期等制约关键因素进行分析,从EPC工程管理的关键措施和技术应用2方面讨论了如何实现大型剧场项目的快速建造的关键技术问题,为类似剧场工程建造提供借鉴和参考。Based on the case of the EPC general contracting project of a large-scale theater construction project,the article analyzes the key factors such as project design,procurement,construction,and total construction period,from the key measures of EPC project management and technical application,how to realize the rapid construction of large-scale theater projects is discussed,which can provide reference for construction of similar theater projects.
