摘 要:为研究不同强度自密实混凝土(SCC)加固混凝土柱后极限承载能力,采用当地原材料配制3种不同强度C20、C30、C40的SCC用于混凝土柱加固试验。测试了3种SCC的扩展度及采用增大截面法加固后的极限承载力。试验结果显示,采用当地特殊的原材料,成功配制出的三组工作性满足规范要求的SCC用于混凝土柱加固工程;采用增大截面法加固后混凝土柱的极限承载力随着外包SCC强度的增大呈现逐渐增大的规律。且当增大截面采用的外部SCC等级比内部约束混凝土强度高一级时,采用SCC对原混凝土增大截面加固试验后缩尺混凝土柱的极限承载力提升幅度最大。In order to study the ultimate load carrying capacity after reinforcing concrete columns with different strengths of selfcompacting concrete,three different strengths of C20,C30 and C40 self-compacting concrete were prepared using local raw materials.The extended degree and the ultimate strength after reinforcement of self-compacting concrete were tested. The test results show that three sets of self-compacting concrete were successfully formulated using local materials for reinforcement works and their performance met the specification requirements. The ultimate strength after reinforcement gradually increases with the increase of the strength of the outsourced self-compacting concrete,and when the strength of the outsourced self-compacting concrete is one grade higher than that of the original concrete,the ultimate strength measured after the reinforcement test increases most significantly.
