摘　　要：以安托山停车场综合上盖项目为例,从叠合保温外挂墙板、预制叠合楼板、预制空调板、雨季防水施工4个方面分析装配式建筑密封防水性能,以期为今后装配式建筑工程施工提供借鉴。Take comprehensive superstructure project of Antuoshan parking lot as an example, the sealing and waterproof performance of prefabricated buildings is analyzed from four aspects :laminated thermal insulation external wall panels,prefabricated laminated floor slabs,prefabricated air conditioning panels,and rainy season waterproof construction,to provide reference for construction of prefabricated building engineering in the future.
