摘 要:针对高校校园项目造价较低的特点提出尽量采用被动式节能措施,即在主动式节能措施的设计中探索节能减排、投资与实际效果之间的最佳平衡点,采用建筑设备管理系统BMS、云平台、物联网等先进技术对项目运行、能耗、环境等工况进行管理,从而达到后设计阶段的节能减排目标,最终使得项目实现经济效益、生态效益、社会效益最大化。In view of low cost of college campus projects,it is proposed to adopt passive energy-saving measures as much as possible,and to explore the best balance between energy-saving emission reduction,investment and actual effects in the design of active energy-saving measures. Advanced technologies such as building equipment management system BMS,cloud platform,Internet of Things,etc. are adopted to carry out operation and maintenance management of project operation,energy consumption,environment and other working conditions,so as to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in the post-design stage. In the end,the project will achieve the planning goals,and realize the maximization of economic,ecological and social benefits.
