雷公藤制剂用于疾病治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：雷公藤是临床常用的免疫抑制剂之一,具有活血通络、祛风除湿、消肿止痛、解毒等功效,被应用于多种疾病的治疗,尤其对自身免疫性疾病有独特疗效。类风湿关节炎为慢性自身免疫性疾病,在临床治疗过程中,雷公藤多苷与多种药物联合用药得到广泛应用,小剂量激素联合甲氨蝶呤、雷公藤多甙片等治疗方案效果确切。雷公藤制剂也应用在糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征、特发性膜性肾病、紫癜性肾炎等多种肾脏疾病中,对调节免疫功能,改善肾功能指标等均有较好疗效。多种甲状腺疾病都与自身免疫异常有关,亚急性甲状腺炎疾病治疗中应用泼尼松联合雷公藤多苷可使相关抗体水平明显降低。雷公藤制剂可以和多种不同的药物联合用于肿瘤治疗。本文对雷公藤制剂在多种疾病治疗中的应用进展进行综述。Tripterygium wilfordii is one of the commonly used immunosuppressants in clinic,which has the functions of promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,dispelling wind and dehumidification,detumescence and pain,detoxification,etc. It has been used for the treatment of many diseases. Especially it has the unique curative effect to autoimmune diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease. In the course of clinical treatment,the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with various drugs has been widely confirmed and using small dose hormone combined with methotrexate,tripterygium glycosides tablet treatment program effects are exact. Tripterygium wilfordii preparation is also widely used in diabetic nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,idiopathic membranous nephropathy,purpura nephritis and other kidney diseases. It has good curative effect in regulating immune function and improving renal function. A variety of thyroid diseases are associated with abnormal autoimmune function. Prednisone combined with tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis can significantly reduce the level of thyroid related antibodies. In the treatment of cancer,tripterygium wilfordii preparation can be used in combination with many different drugs. In this paper,the application progress of tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of many diseases is reviewed.
