突发性疫情护理培训对提高护士应对能力的进展

摘　　要：突发性疫情的发生,严重影响和危害人类健康和生命,医疗服务救治能力经历了前所未有的考验,同时社会已愈来愈清楚地认识到救援医学工作中护理人员的角色和作用。护理理论和技能的规范化培训是医院护理管理工作的重要组成部分。特别是在突发性大规模疫情发生时,护士有效的应对能力显得尤为重要。本文综述了对突发性疫情护理培训,提出的培训目标确定、职业信念教育、应急事件培训、模块化培训、职业防护与医院感染知识培训和考核、心理适应和调试能力的培训以及开展多样化培训形式等一系列方案,指出突发性疫情护理培训内容应常态化,并实施医院护理人员全覆盖的突发性疫情护理规范化防控技能培训方案,从而有效提高护士应对突发性疫情的实战救治能力和自我防护意识,保障人民健康和护理质量的,同时也为医院护理管理应对突发性疫情护理的规范化培训提供了参考。The occurrence of sudden epidemic situation seriously affects and endangers human health and life,the treatment ability of medical service has experienced an unprecedented test. At the same time,the society has been more and more aware of the role and function of nurses in rescue medicine. Standardized training of nursing theory and skills is an important part of hospital nursing management work. Especially in the case of sudden large-scale epidemic,nurses’ effective response ability is particularly important. This paper summarizes a series of proposed schemes of nursing training for sudden epidemic situation,such as the determination of training objectives, vocational belief education, emergency training, modular training,training and assessment of occupational protection and hospital infection knowledge,training of psychological adaptation and debugging ability,and carrying out diversified training forms,which points out the content of nursing training should be normalized,and carries out prevention and control skills training program for nursing staff should be implemented,so as to effectively improve nurses’ practical treatment ability and self-protection consciousness to deal with sudden epidemic situation,to ensure people’s health and nursing quality,at same time,it also provides reference for the standardized training of hospital nursing management in response to sudden epidemic situation.
