摘 要:针对五桥臂双永磁同步电机相电流采样时多传感器造成的偏置误差及成本较高的问题,提出一种基于单电流传感器的五桥臂逆变器双永磁同步电机相电流重构策略。在一个控制周期内,当每两个不同的有效电压矢量作用时对母线电流分别进行两次采样,由采样得到的两个电流采样值可得到电机的三相电流,用于永磁同步电机的闭环控制。并针对五桥臂逆变器公共桥臂的电流耦合问题进行研究,引入测量矢量插入法对公共桥臂电流进行电流解耦,得到双电机系统较高精度的重构电流。在仿真软件中对所提方法进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,由母线电流重构出的三相相电流值具有较高精度。Aiming at the problems of bias error and high cost caused by multiple sensors during the phase current sampling of the five-bridge arm dual permanent magnet synchronous motor,we propose a phase current reconstruction of five-bridge arm dual permanent magnet synchronous motor based on single current sensor strategy.In a control cycle,the bus current is sampled twice when every two different effective voltage vectors are applied.The two current samples obtained from the sampling can be used to obtain the three-phase current of the motor,which is used for the permanent magnet synchronous motor.Closed-loop control.The current coupling problem of the common bridge arm of the five-bridge inverter was studied.The measurement vector insertion method was used to decouple the current of the common bridge arm to obtain the highly accurate reconstruction current of the dual-motor system.The proposed method was simulated through simulation software,and the simulation results show that the three-phase phase current value reconstructed from the bus current has higher accuracy.
