摘 要:以将大规模物流服务转变为定制型供应链服务模式、满足个性化物流调度需求为目标,研究设计了考虑提前期分散控制的供应链物流协调调度模型。通过编码与定义评价指标的方式,确定物流配送点之间的实际输送距离,再分别计算各供应阶段的物流成本,实现基于提前期分散控制的物流调度与管理。描述模型应用形式并建立适当的模型假设条件,以成本最小化目标为目标,实现对调度目标规划形式的完善,从而完成模型搭建。仿真对比结果表明:与传统的物流调度策略相比,应用以上模型后,等量物流货物的运输时间大幅度缩短,而DIM供应链应用指标的物理数值却不断增加,可在满足个性化物流调度需求的同时,将大规模物流服务转变为定制型的供应链服务模式。In this paper, a scheduling model of supply chain logistics coordination with decentralized lead time control was designed for changing the logistics service mode and meeting the personalized logistics scheduling needs.First of all, based on the coding and definition, indicators were evaluated.The actual transportation distance between logistics distribution points was determined.Secondly, the logistics cost of each supply phase was calculated, and the logistics scheduling and management based on lead time decentralized control was completed.Then, the model application form was described to establish appropriate model assumptions.Finally, based on the cost minimization, the scheduling goal planning form was improved and the model was established.The experimental results show that the logistics scheduling model is superior to the traditional model, with short transportation time of the same amount of logistics goods and increased physical value of dim supply chain application index.
