摘 要:【目的】进一步补充加快叶用莴苣育种进展,实现周年生产。【方法】选取耐抽薹品种GB-25、中间型品种GB-26以及易抽薹品种GB-30分别喷施:0、10、40、100 mg/kg的外源IAA。在第0、9、18、27、36天测量农艺性状、分析不同品种叶用莴苣抽薹特性以及叶片中生理营养。【结果】结果表明耐抽薹品种GB-25第18天中、高浓度组开始抽薹,第27天低浓度组开始抽薹,第36天对照组开始抽薹;中间型品种GB-26第9天高浓度组开始抽薹,第18天中浓度组开始抽薹,第27天低浓度、对照组开始抽薹;易抽薹品种GB-30第18天全部试验组开始抽薹。外源IAA浓度越高,抽薹程度越显著,生理营养达到峰值的时间也越早;且不同品种叶用莴苣抽薹时间存在明显差异。【结论】叶用莴苣耐抽薹品种与中间型品种比易抽薹品种对外源IAA响应更强烈;外源喷施IAA可提前完成生理营养的累积过程。[Objective]To further explore the mechanism and physiological effects of auxin on bolting of different varieties of leaf lettuce,so as to accelerate the breeding progress of leaf lettuce and realize annual production.[Methods]The bolting resistant variety GB-25,intermediate variety GB-26,bolting sensitive variety GB-30 were sprayed with exogenous IAA at 0,10,40 and 100 mg/kg respectively.The agronomic characters were measured on the 0 th,9 th,18 th,27 th and 36 th days,analyze the bolting characteristics of different varieties of lettuce,and physiological nutrition in leaves.[Results]The results showed that the bolting resistant variety GB-25 started bolting on the 18th day in the middle and high concentration groups,started bolting on the 27th day in the low concentration group and started bolting on the 36th day in the control group.The middle variety GB-26 started bolting on the 9th day in the high concentration group,on the 18th day in the middle concentration group,and on the 27th day in the low concentration control group.All the experimental groups of sensitive bolting variety GB-30 began to bolt on the 18th day.The higher concentration of exogenous IAA,the more significant the bolting degree,and the earlier the physiological nutrition reached the peak value,there were significant differences in bolting time among different varieties of lettuce.[Conclusion]The response of leaf lettuce to exogenous IAA is stronger in bolt-tolerant varieties and intermediate varieties than in sensitive bolting variety,and sprayed exogenous IAA can complete the accumulation process of physiological nutrition in advance.
