摘 要:【目的】为了筛选出最适宜浓度的褪黑素溶液来提高叶用莴苣种子发芽率。【方法】以‘北散生1号’、‘北散生203号’和‘北生2号’品种为试验材料,在(21±1)℃的条件下,用0、1μmol/L、25μmol/L、75μmol/L、150μmol/L和200μmol/L褪黑素溶液分别浸泡叶用莴苣种子12 h和24 h,4 d后统计发芽势,7 d后计算各处理的发芽率、相对发芽率和发芽指数。【结果】褪黑素浓度为25μmol/L时,‘北生2号’种子浸泡12 h和24 h均显著提高发芽率,较对照组分别提高13.34%和8.33%。褪黑素浸种也使‘北散生1号’和‘北散生203号’种子提前发芽。褪黑素浓度为1μmol/L时,‘北散生1号’种子浸泡24 h效果最佳;褪黑素浓度为75μmol/L时,‘北散生203号’种子浸泡12 h效果最佳。【结论】褪黑素浓度为25μmol/L时,浸种能显著提高‘北生2号’种子发芽率,并且褪黑素浸种还能让‘北散生1号’和‘北散生203号’种子提前发芽。[Objective]In order to screen out suitable melatonin solution to improve seed germination rate of leaf lettuce.[Methods]‘Beisansheng No.1’,‘Beisansheng No.203’and‘Beisheng No.2’were used as experimental materials,under the condition of(21±1)℃,Lactuca sativa L.seeds were soaked with 0,1μmol/L,25μmol/L,75μmol/L,150μmol/L and 200μmol/L of melatonin for 12 h and 24 h,respectively.After 4 days of treatment,the germinating energy was calculated.After 7 days of treatment,the germinating percentage,relative germinating percentage and germinating index of each treatment were calculated.[Results]At the concentration of melatonin was 25μmol/L,soaking the seeds of‘Beisheng No.2’for 12 hours and 24 hours could significantly improve the germinating percentage,which was 13.34%and 8.33%higher than that of the control group.Seeds soaking with melatonin also made the seeds of‘Beisansheng No.1’and‘Beisansheng No.203’germinate ealier.The best effect was obtained by soaking the seeds of‘Beisansheng No.1’for 24 h at the concentration of melatonin was 1μmol/L;the best effect was obtained by soaking the seeds of‘Beisansheng No.203’for 12 h at the concentration of melatonin was 75μmol/L.[Conclusion]When the concentration of melatonin was 25μmol/L,soaking seeds could significantly increase the germination rate of‘Beisheng No.2’seeds,and melatonin could also make‘Beisansheng No.1’and‘Beisansheng No.203’seeds germinate in advance.
