摘  要:在分析全生命周期管理理论、发展历史、运用现状基础上,结合中国铁路广州局集团有限公司电务设备管理现状,提出了铁路电务设备全生命周期管理的实施目标、总体方案和电务设备信息模型。通过在长沙电务段电子设备车间和信号检修车间试行,结合运用经验细化电务设备编码规则,实施了设备全生命周期成本评估,优化了入所修设备检修流程和新采购设备入所验收流程,提升了设备运用质量。Based on the analysis of the theory, development history and application status of life cycle management and combined with the current situation of the management of railway signal and communication equipment in China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the implementation objectives, overall scheme, and information model of life cycle management of railway signal and communication equipment are put forward. Through the trials of life cycle management of railway signal and communication equipment in both of signal inspection and repair workshop and electronics workshop of Changsha C&S division, the coding rules of equipment were refined, full life cycle cost assessment of the equipment was carried out, and the maintenance process of under-repair equipment and the acceptance process of newly purchased equipment were optimized, thus improving the operation quality of equipment.
