摘  要:本研究以黄灯笼辣椒幼苗为试验材料,用5种遮阳网来处理(即采用遮光率为50%且颜色分别为黄色、米黄色、红色、珍珠色和黑色的遮阳网,同时,分别用M_(1)、M_(2)、M_(3)、M_(4)、M_(5)来表示,下同),以无遮荫为对照(CK),分别测定了黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的育苗环境、光合参数、形态指标、壮苗指数以及叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量(MDA)和根系活力,并对环境参数与叶片指标参数的相关系数进行了分析,探究了在热带地区夏秋季不同颜色遮阳网的遮荫处理对黄灯笼辣椒育苗环境和幼苗生长的影响.结果显示:M_(4)的光照强度和空气温度显著(P<0.05,下同)高于其他遮阳网处理,空气相对湿度显著低于其他遮阳网处理;M_(1)、M_(2)、M_(3)和M_(5)各处理之间的空气温度和空气相对湿度差异不显著,且各处理均低于对照(CK);M_(3)和M_(4)"热辣2号"幼苗叶片在光合作用阶段的净光合速率分别为11.73μmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1)和12.37μmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1),蒸腾速率分别为10.08 mmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1)和10.67 mmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1),两者的净光合速率高于对照及其他处理,蒸腾速率低于对照但高于其他处理;M_(3)和M_(4)"坛坛香3号"幼苗的株高、茎粗、株幅、叶面积、植株干重和壮苗指数均高于对照,其他处理则差异不显著;对于5个遮荫处理的各品种辣椒幼苗其丙二醛含量(MDA)和可溶性糖含量均低于对照,说明高温会影响辣椒幼苗的产物累积,并会伤害细胞膜;辣椒叶片形态参数指标与环境参数之间存在显著的相关性.综合结果来看,热带地区夏秋季节选用50%遮光率的红色和珍珠色遮阳网对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗进行遮荫,可降低高温强光对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响,有利于培育健壮的黄灯笼辣椒幼苗.In our report,Capsicum Chinense Jacq.seeding was used as the experimental materials,which were treated by five shading nets(yellow,beige,red,pearl and black)with 50%shading rate(represented by M1,M2,M3,M4 and M5,the same blow),and no shade group was used as control(CK).The seeding environment,the photosynthetic parameters,the morphological indexes,the strong seeding index,the chlorophyll content,the soluble protein content,the soluble sugar content,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and the root activity of pepper seeding were determined,the correlation coefficient between environmental parameters and leaf index parameters was analyzed,the effects of shading treatment with different shade nets in summer and autumn on seeding environment and seeding growth of pepper were explored.The results indicated that the light intensity and air temperature of M4 were significantly(P<0.05,the same below)higher than that of other sunshade net treatments,and the relative humidity was significantly lower than that of other sunshade net treatments;there were no significant differences in air temperature and relative humidity among M1,M2,M3 and M5 treatments,and the air temperature and relative humidity of the all treatments were lower than that of CK;the net photosynthetic rates of M3 and M4 in the photosynthetic stage of Rella 2 seedlings were 11.73μmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1)and 12.37μmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1),respectively,the transpiration rates were 10.08 mmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1)and 10.67 mmol·m^(-2)·^(s-1),respectively;the net photosynthetic rate of the two treatments was higher than that of the control and other treatments,however,the transpiration rate was lower than that of the control and higher than that of other treatments;the plant height,the stem diameter,the plant width,the leaf area,the plant dry weight,and the strong seedling index of M3 and M4 seedlings of Tantanxiang 3 were all higher than that of the control,however,the differences of other treatments were not significant;the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the soluble sugar
