摘  要:为了弄清VemR是否参与了细菌其他致病因子的调控,分析了VemR对野油菜黄单胞菌生物被膜和胞外酶的调控,结果显示:vemR突变显著地影响生物被膜的形成和胞外酶的活性;此外,与vemR位于同一操纵子的其他基因(fleQ和rpoN2)也参与了VemR介导的信号传导;除纤维素酶外,VemR对蛋白酶、淀粉酶和生物被膜的调控作用都依赖于FleQ和RpoN2,fleQ和rpoN2突变可抑制vemR突变所造成的影响.以上结果表明,FleQ和RpoN2位于VemR信号途径的下游,它们调控了细菌的胞外酶和生物被膜的形成.In order to elucidate the regulation mechanism of VemR on the other virulence-related factors,in our report,the effects of vemR mutation on biofilm and extracellular enzyme production of Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestris were analyzed.The results indicated that vemR mutation affect the forming of the biofilm and the activities of the extracellular enzyme.The genes fleQ and rpoN2 located at an operon with vemR are also involved in VemR-mediated signaling,on which the regulation effects of VemR on the activities of protease and amylase and biofilm depend.fleQ and rpoN2 mutations inhibited the effects of vemR mutation.Our findings suggested that FleQ and RpoN2 are in the downstream of VemR signaling and regulate the forming of the extracellular enzyme and biofilm.
