摘 要:《保险学》课程教学中,学生从熟悉基础理论到运用理论解决实践问题中缺少一个环节进行转化。为此,围绕保单解读组织教学,能把知识掌握推进到能力培养和情怀树立。基本思路是以保单解读为突破点,教学内容上积极求变;依据五星教学理论进行教学设计;把翻转课堂作为五星教学中“融会贯通”环节的重要手段,由学生解读保单;采用线上资源、实践资源进行条款解读能力训练;课程思政融入保单解读;课程考核中把保单解读作为考核内容。学生提高了学习主动性,提升了实践能力,了解了民生疾苦并产生共情且能付诸行动,实现了课程目标,完成了课程立德树人根本任务,有较好的推广价值。In the course of Insurance,students lack the transformation channel from acquainting themselves with fundamental theories to solving practical issue by applying the theories.Therefore,organizing teaching focusing on policy interpretation could lift knowledge mastery to ability and feeling cultivation.The basic thoughts are:to make policy interpretation a breakthrough point,and change for the better in teaching contents;conduct teaching design according to the 5 Star Instructional Design Rating;regard Flipped Classroom as an important approach in the section of"integration"of 5 Star Instruction and encourage students to interpret policies;carry out term interpretation ability training by adopting online and practical resources;integrate course ideological instruction into policy interpretation;include policy interpretation in course assessment contents.Students have shown higher learning initiative,improved their practical competency,understood and developed their empathy for people's livelihood concerns and then put into practice.This instruction approach has realized the course objectives and fulfilled the basic mission of fostering virtue through education,and has sound popularization value.
