摘　　要：目的探讨自制儿童鼻腔异物取出器的临床应用效果。方法抽取2018年4月至2018年10月郑州大学儿童附属医院采用自制小儿鼻腔异物取出器治疗的患儿224例,统计异物取出及并发症情况。结果 224例患儿鼻内异物应用自制小儿鼻腔异物取出器有220例一次成功取出,成功率为99.6%,未见鼻腔黏膜出血、损伤、气管异物、食管异物等并发症,操作时间1.2~10.3 min,平均5.9 min。4例患儿未一次取出成功。结论自制小儿鼻腔异物取出器临床应用效果良好,且操作简单,并发症少。Objective To investigate the application effect of homemade pediatric nasal foreign body remover.Methods A total of 224 children who were treated with homemade pediatric nasal foreign body remover in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from April 2018 to October 2018 were sellected,the statistics of foreign body removal and complications were counted.Results The 220 cases of 224 cases of children with intranasal foreign bodies were successfully removed with a homemade pediatric nasal foreign body remover at one time,with a success rate of 99.6%.There were no complications such as nasal mucosal bleeding,injury,tracheal foreign body,or esophageal foreign body.The operation time span was 1.2-10.3 min,with an average of 5.9 min.Four children were not successfully removed at one time.Conclusions Homemade pediatric nasal foreign body remover has a good clinical effect,simple operation and few complications.
