摘　　要：目的探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平预测经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)短期预后的价值。方法抽取河南医学高等专科学校附属医院内科2017年10月至2019年9月收治的冠心病患者96例作为研究对象,所有患者均行PCI治疗,根据术后3个月预后情况将患者分为预后良好组(71例)和预后不良组(25例)。术前检测两组患者的血清cTnT与CRP水平,对比两组cTnT与CRP水平,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)图分析冠心病患者血清cTnT与CRP水平对PCI术后短期预后的预测价值。结果预后不良组血清cTnT、CRP水平均高于预后良好组(P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线图结果显示,血清cTnT与CRP水平单独及联合预测冠心病PCI患者短期预后的曲线下面积分别为0.753、0.771、0.809。结论冠心病患者PCI术后短期预后不良与术前血清cTnT与CRP高表达密切相关,临床可联合血清cTnT与CRP水平评估PCI术的短期预后。Objective To investigate the value of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in predicting short-term prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease in Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical College from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with PCI.According to the prognosis of 3 months after operation,the patients were divided into good prognosis group(71 cases)and poor prognosis group(25 cases).The levels of serum cTnT and CRP in the two groups were detected before operation,and the levels of cTnT and CRP in the two groups were compared.The predicting value of the levels of serum cTnT and CRP for the short-term prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The serum levels of cTnT and CRP in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under curve of serum cTnT and CRP levels in predicting the short-term prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease were 0.753,0.771 and 0.809 respectively.Conclusions The poor short-term prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is closely related to the high expression of serum cTnT and CRP before PCI.The levels of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)can predicte the short-term prognosis of PCI.
