摘 要:目的探讨核素平面显像评估甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲状腺体积的临床价值。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,抽取2018年1月至2020年12月阳泉市第一人民医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者120例,应用核素平面显像(SM-Allen法、GE-Allen法、SM-Himanka法、GE-Himanka法)评估甲状腺体积,并以超声显像法(US-Ellipsoid法)测定的甲状腺体积作为参考值,采用线性回归以及组内相关系数(ICC)分析核素平面显像评估甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲状腺体积的临床价值。结果 US-Ellipsoid法测定的甲状腺体积与基于核素平面成像的SM-Allen法、GE-Allen法、SM-Himanka法、GE-Himanka法测定的甲状体积比较,F=0.825,P=0.510。线性回归分析结果显示,US-Ellipsoid法测定甲状腺体积结果与SM-Allen法、GE-Allen法、SM-Himanka法、GE-Himanka法测定甲状腺体积结果存在相关性,R^(2)=0.612、0.592、0.837、0.783。ICC一致性分析结果显示,US-Ellipsoid法测定的甲状腺体积与基于核素平面成像的SM-Allen法、GE-Allen法、SM-Himanka法、GE-Himanka法测定甲状体积,ICC=0.836、0.765、0.912、0.855,P均<0.05。结论核素平面显像测量甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲状腺体积与超声显像法测定结果之间存在显著的线性相关,核素平面显像法测定结果和超声显像法能取得较好的一致性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of radionuclide planar imaging in evaluating thyroid volume in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A prospective randomized trial method was used to select 120 patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to Yangquan First People’Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020.The radionuclide planar imaging(SM-Allen method,GE-Allen method,SM-Himanka method,GE-Himanka method)was used to evaluate the thyroid volume of patients,and the ultrasound imaging method(US-Ellipsoid method)was used determine the thyroid volume as a reference value.Linear regression and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)were used to analyze the clinical value of radionuclide planar imaging in evaluating thyroid volume in patients with hyperthyroidism.Results The thyroid volume measured by the US-Ellipsoid method was compared with the thyroid volume measured by the SM-Allen method,GE-Allen method,SM-Himanka method,and GE-Himanka method based on radionuclide planar imaging,F=0.825,P=0.510.Linear regression analysis showed that the thyroid volume results measured by US-Ellipsoid method was related to that by SM-Allen method,GE-Allen method,SM-Himanka method,GE-Himanka method,R^(2)=0.612,0.592,0.837,0.783.The results of ICC consistency analysis showed that the thyroid volume measured by the US-Ellipsoid method and the thyroid volume measured by the SM-Allen method,GE-Allen method,SM-Himanka method,and GE-Himanka method based on radionuclide planar imaging,ICC=0.836,0.765,0.912,0.855,all P<0.05.Conclusions There is a significant linear correlation between the thyroid volume measured by radionuclide planar imaging and that measured by ultrasound imaging.The results of radionuclide planar imaging and ultrasound imaging can achieve good consistency.
