摘 要:为降低现有预制破片初速计算方法误差,基于战斗部作用后能量释放和预制破片驱动过程,应用量纲分析理论,分析误差产生的原因,以Gurney公式为基础,构建爆轰产物泄漏系数表征的修正模型。利用非线性分析软件AUTODYN-3D对球形和立方体两种常见的预制破片爆炸驱动的过程进行数值模拟,采用数值模拟结果对构建的模型参数进行标定,提出一种考虑爆轰产物能量泄漏的预制破片初速的修正计算模型,并设计实施相应的试验对计算模型进行验证,结果显示该修正计算模型精度相比原公式平均提高14%以上。该文结论可为破片式杀爆战斗部设计计算和毁伤效应准确评估提供参考。In order to reduce the error in the calculation method of the initial velocity of the existing prefabricated fragments,energy release of the explosive and fragment-driving process of fragment warhead after detonated are analyzed.An amended method of calculating initial velocity of prefabricated fragments is proposed based on Gurney formula.Coefficients are defined to denote the leakage effects of explosion gas based on dimensional analysis.Accelerating of two typical shaped fragments driven by explosion gas is simulated by AUTODYN-3D software and the relationship between leakage effects and warheads with different fragment shapes and sizes is obtained.Experiments are designed for validation and the precision is enhanced by 14%on average as a result.The method can provide a reference for design calculation and accurate evaluation of the damage effect of prefabricated fragmental warheads.
