摘　　要：针对工作空间测量定位系统(wMPS)对实验室小环境下算法和硬件调试的要求,提出一种基于FPGA的wMPS分布式测量网络半实物仿真系统。设计由实际测量坐标数据结合发射站内外参数推算发射站光平面旋转角度,从而解算模拟信号输入参数的算法。搭建FPGA嵌入式系统作为模拟信号产生平台,利用基于AXI总线的信号产生模块产生单发射站不同参数下所需模拟信号,经过硬件层面混叠实现wMPS系统多发射站网络信号的模拟。经过仿真和板级调试,实现准确的信号层面的wMPS系统行为仿真,仿真实现的角度值和实际的角度值基本一致,最大偏差在0.36″以内,具有数据准确实用、参数灵活可控等优点,可为wMPS系统调试提供质量和效率保证。Aiming at the requirements of the workspace measuring and positioning system(wMPS)for the algorithm and hardware debugging in the laboratory environment,a semi-physical simulation system of wMPS distributed measurement network based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)has been proposed.An algorithm has been designed to calculate the rotation angles of the optical planes of the transmitters by combining the actual measured coordinate data and the parameters of transmitters,thus estimating the input parameters of the analog signal.Then the embedded system based on FPGA has been built to generate the required signals,and the analog signal generation module based on AXI bus could generate the required analog signals under different parameters of a single transmitter.The simulation of multi-transmitter network signals in wMPS system could be achieved through signal aliasing on hardware level.After the simulation and debugging board level,the accurate behavior simulation of wMPS at the signal level has been achieved.The angle value realized by the simulation is basically the same as the actual angle value,and the maximum deviation is within 0.36 arc seconds.It has the advantages of accurate and practical data,flexible and controllable parameters,etc.It provides quality and efficiency guarantee for wMPS system debugging.
