基于工程教育专业认证的金工实习教学改革研究

摘　　要：针对金工实习传统教学模式存在的弊端,以工程教育认证"学生为中心、目标为导向、持续改进"理念为指导思想,构建以开源FDM 3D打印机为教学载体的新金工实习教学体系,按照"层次分明、能力递进"原则,制定以认证指标点为指引的课程目标,并将课程目标分解为"安全教育、基础实训、综合实训、拓展实训"四个任务环节。实践证明,新教学模式下,教师从"一言堂"的主导者转变为"参与讨论"的引导者,提高了学生学习的主动性、积极性,培养了学生良好的工程素养。Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode of gold engineering practice,taking the concept of "student-centered,goal-oriented and continuous improvement" as the guiding ideology,constructing a new gold-work practice teaching system with open source FDM 3D printer as the teaching carrier,formulating the curriculum goal guided by the certification index point according to the principle of "hierarchical division" and "ability progress",and decomposing the curriculum goal into "safety education,basic training,comprehensive training and expand training".Practice has proved that under the new teaching model,teachers have changed from the leader of "one word" to the leader of "participation in discussion",which has improved the initiative and enthusiasm of students’ learning and cultivated their good engineering literacy.
