圆盘磨样机在浮选金精矿样品制备中的应用与实践

摘　　要：浮选金精矿样品的制备粒度是化验检测的重要指标。样品的质量直接影响金含量测定的稳定性和精密度。通过圆盘磨样机与棒磨机对金精矿样品分别进行实验研究,研究不同的研磨时间对样品粒度、均匀性的影响情况。通过实验确定最佳的研磨设备和研磨时间。通过实验结果可以看出,采用圆盘磨样机磨制8分钟的样品再现性良好,可以满足化验需求。The preparation granularity of flotation gold concentrate is an important index for analysis and detection.The quality of samples directly affects the stability and precision of gold content determination.The effects of different grinding time on the particle size and uniformity of gold concentrate were studied by disc mill and rod mill.The best grinding equipment and time are determined by experiments.The experimental results show that the sample with 8 minutes grinding by disk grinding prototype has good repeatability,which can meet the requirements of the test.
