摘 要:目的:探究等离子质谱法在土壤微量铅、铜、锌测定中的应用效果。方法:将稀释的土壤样品溶液进行酸性试剂的消解处理,向实验器皿中倒入硝酸与盐酸试剂。将实验器皿放置在红外加热装置上进行消解与加热处理,静置器皿达到室温后,使用二次纯化水,对其进行摇匀处理,并在器皿上使用空白标签进行标记。在此基础上,使用等离子质谱仪对不同土壤混合溶液进行测定。结果:经过ICP-5600等离子质谱仪的测定,样本试剂中共存在三个质量分数较高的离子测定结果,对应结果为土壤中微量铅、铜、锌元素的含量。结论:等离子质谱法可应用在土壤中微量铅、铜、锌含量的测定中。Objective:To explore the application effect of plasma mass spectrometry in the determination of trace lead,copper and zinc in soil.Methods:the diluted soil sample solution was digested by acid reagent,and nitric acid and hydrochloric acid reagent were poured into the experimental vessel.The experimental utensils were placed on the infrared heating device for digestion and heating treatment.After the utensils reached room temperature,the secondary purified water was used to shake them up,and the blank label was used on the utensils for marking.On this basis,plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine different soil mixed solutions.Results:after icp-5600 plasma mass spectrometry,there were three ions with high mass fraction in the sample reagent,and the corresponding results were the contents of trace lead,copper and zinc in soil.Conclusion:ICP-MS can be applied to the determination of trace lead,copper and zinc in soil.
