摘  要:蒙乃尔是一种化工、船舶行业中常用的镍铜合金,对于海水、氯化氢、各种酸性介质如硫酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、磷酸、有机酸,碱性介质、盐和熔融盐具有良好耐腐蚀性能。某在役设备的定期检验中发现裂纹及点蚀缺陷,本文对缺陷的产生进行了原因分析、缺陷处理、安全评价,发现了在有色金属(复合板)制压力容器的堆焊中,是否采用适合的焊接方法对于其耐腐蚀性会产生较大影响,同时提出对于氟化氢(氢氟酸)介质,控制介质的含水率也是影响设备使用年限的重要因素。Monel is a nickel-copper alloy commonly used in chemical and shipbuilding industries,good corrosion resistance to seawater,hydrogen chloride,various acidic medium such as sulfuric acid,hydrofluoric acid,hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid,organic acid,alkaline medium and salt.Cracks and pitting defects were found in periodic inspection of an in-service equipment,this paper analyzes the causes of defects,defects treatment,evaluation of safety.It is found that in the surfacing of pressure vessels made of non-ferrous metals (composite plates),whether the appropriate welding method is adopted will have a great impact on its corrosion resistance.At the same time,it is pointed out that controlling the moisture content of hydrogen fluoride (hydrofluoric acid) medium is also an important factor affecting the service life of equipment.
