五年规划的研究进展与热点可视化分析

摘　　要：借助CiteSpace软件,将2001—2020年研究五年规划的期刊论文作为样本数据,绘制出知识图谱,分析五年规划研究领域的总体概况和研究热点。研究结果表明:五年规划发文数量呈现波浪式变化、研究主体多样、研究五年规划的机构集中于北京,但作者和机构研究合作不紧密。五年规划领域研究的热点主题聚焦于五年规划总结回顾与建议、五年规划的实践探索和五年规划的衔接协调三个方面,研究演进可划分为起步阶段、快速发展阶段和稳定发展阶段。在新时代发展背景下,受中发〔2018〕44号文件的影响,多规合一和规划协同很大程度上将会成为新的研究前沿。With the help of CiteSpace software,this paper takes the journal papers on the five-year plan from 2001 to 2020 as the sample data,draws the knowledge map,and analyzes the general situation and research hotspots of the five-year plan research field.The results show that the number of papers published in the five-year plan presents a wavy change,the research subjects are diverse,the research institutions of the five-year plan are concentrated in Beijing,but the cooperation between the authors and the research institutions is not close.The hot topics in the field of five-year planning research focus on the summary review and suggestions of the five-year plan,the practical exploration of the five-year plan and the cohesion and coordination of the five-year plan.The research evolution can be divided into the initial stage,the rapid development stage and the stable development stage.Under the development background of the new era,under the influence of Document No.44 in 2018 of China Development Bureau,the integration of multiple plans and coordination of planning will become a new research frontier to a large extent.
