步进梁式自动化锻造的难点与对策

摘　　要：步进梁式自动送料机结构简单、工作稳定、响应快速,常用于多工位锻造压力机的自动送料,特别适合于中、小规格锻件大批量、高效率的锻压生产场合。通过对步进梁式自动送料机的现场使用进行研究,重点讨论了送料机与压力机的匹配要求,以及送料机与锻造工艺、成形模具之间相互协调配合的要求。特别指出"跳料"是影响步进梁送料自动化锻造最大的障碍,并介绍了遏制"跳料"的措施。并且,分析了在传统锻造压力机上加装先进的步进梁式自动送料机时可能会遇到的匹配问题,并给出了解决对策。Stepper beam automatic feeder is simple in structure,stable in working and fast in response,and it is often used for the automatic feeding of multi-station forging press and especially suitable for large-scale and high-efficiency forging production occasion of small and medium-sized forgings.Basing on the study of field stepper beam automatic feeder,matching requirement between feeder and press,as well as the coordination requirements of feeder,forging process and forming die were heavily discussed.In particular,it was pointed out that"skip"was the biggest obstacle to the automatic forging of stepper beam automatic feeder,and the measures to curb"skip"were introduced.The matching problems when the traditional forging press was equipped with an advanced stepper beam automatic feeder were analyzed and their countermeasures were given.
