摘 要:针对304不锈钢圆筒件的超声振动辅助拉深成形,分别采用工件超声振动和压头超声振动两种超声振动模式进行对比拉深试验研究,分析两种超声振动模式对拉深成形过程中最大拉深成形力、成形起皱和拉深破裂特性的影响规律。结果表明:工件超声振动和压头超声振动均可有效降低拉深成形过程中的最大成形力,并改善筒形件的起皱情况,且随着超声振幅的增大,改善效果更加明显。由于两种超声振动模式中对不锈钢板料施加超声振动的作用区域存在差异性,以及由于横向超声振动振幅的影响,使得工件超声振动更有利于降低最大成形力,而压头超声振动在改善板料起皱方面的效果更好。另外,随着超声振幅的增大,板料的超声硬化效应更加明显,压头超声振动更容易产生拉深破裂现象。For the ultrasonic vibration assisted deep drawing of 304 stainless steel cylinder part,the contrastive deep drawing test research was conducted by two ultrasonic vibration modes of workpiece ultrasonic vibration and tool ultrasonic vibration,respectively,and the influence laws of two ultrasonic vibration modes on the maximum forming force,forming wrinkle and drawing fracture characteristics during the deep drawing process were analyzed.The results show that both the workpiece ultrasonic vibration and the tool ultrasonic vibration can effectively reduce the maximum forming force and improve the wrinkling condition of cylinder part during the deep drawing process,and the improvement effect is more obvious with the increasing of ultrasonic amplitude.Due to the difference of action regions for the two ultrasonic vibration modes on the stainless steel plate and the influence of transverse ultrasonic vibration amplitude,the workpiece ultrasonic vibration is more beneficial to reduce the maximum forming force,while the tool ultrasonic vibration has a better effect in terms of improving the wrinkling.In addition,with the increasing of ultrasonic amplitude,the ultrasonic hardening effect of plate is more obvious,while the tool ultrasonic vibration is more likely to produce the phenomenon of deep drawing fracture.
